You own all of it — the code, the site, the domain, everything. I hand it over and show you how to drive it. The $100/mo support is completely optional; cancel any month and your site keeps running.

I'm not techy. Can I update the site myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I build it so you can swap a photo, change your hours, or update a price without calling me. And if you'd rather I just handle it, that's what the optional support is for.

How is this $400 when agencies quote thousands?

Because you're not paying for an office, account managers, or a sales team — just me, building your thing. One person, no overhead, no markup.

How fast can you build it?

Most sites and tools ship in a few days to about two weeks, depending on size. We agree a date on the first call and I hit it.

Question 5

Why not just use Wix or Squarespace myself?

Accepted Answer

You can — but you'll lose a weekend or three fighting templates, and it'll still look like a template. I build the thing that actually brings in calls, and you keep your weekends.

What if I don't like it?

You see it working before you pay the balance. If you don't like where it's headed, you walk and owe nothing on the rest — the small deposit just covers the time already in.
